For Pete's Sake...Give Your Feet a Break!

Join local businesses in celebrating Flip Flop Friday.

On the Friday before Labor Day, September 2nd, 2011, join local businesses as they help adult patients take a break from cancer while giving their own feet a break! Take advantage of this last Friday in summer to wear your favorite flops!

On September 2nd, employees will donate $5 to wear flip flops and these donations will support For Pete's Sake Cancer Respite Foundation in providing respite vacations for families battling cancer - giving cancer patients and their loved ones some precious time away to laugh, love and live!

Flip Flop Friday Facebook Fotos! We're asking that all participants upload their favorite Flip Flop photos onto our facebook page! The person in the photo that receives the most "likes" by Tuesday, September 6th will win an FPS travel bag (with a towel, hat and other goodies).

Event Instructions for Payment and Raffle: Once Flip Flop Friday has occurred, please send a check with your company name and a typed list of all the names of participants to the For Pete's Sake Cancer Respite Foundation. We will be holding the raffle for the week long stay at our respite vacation home on Friday, September 23rd. Please be sure to send your payment and names prior to this deadline.
