Glanzmann Subaru Celebrates Most Successful Share the Love Event with For Pete’s Sake Cancer Respite Foundation
On March 18, 2022, For Pete’s Sake Cancer Respite Foundation (FPS) was presented with the largest check they ever received in 9 years of Subaru’s Share the Love Event!
For nine consecutive years, For Pete’s Sake Cancer Respite Foundation has been the local charity supported by Glanzmann Subaru in their annual Share the Love Event. This partnership has raised over $362,000 to help families in the local area take a break from cancer!
Through the Subaru Share the Love Event, Subaru of America Inc. and its participating retailers have donated more than $200 million to charity, with customers choosing between four national charities and over 1,610 hometown charities.
This year’s event has been the most successful of all nine years, and the Glanzmann team presented Marci Schankweiler, Founder and CEO of For Pete’s Sake Cancer Respite Foundation, with a $70,000 check to represent this year’s donation.

FPS has been awarded a perfect score by Charity Navigator, a feat accomplished by less than one-tenth of one percent of charities!
