Enjoy the FPS Florida Respite Homes!

Do you and your family need to take a respite from daily living and the many changes we have experienced since March?  FPS has the perfect opportunity for some time away to reconnect and recharge in a different setting, complete some volunteer hours and support the FPS mission of respite for families facing cancer!

Choose to spend a week at one of the FPS homes in Davenport, Florida!  Our two homes are open and calling your family’s name! Choose from either the FPS Home or Johnny’s House – both locations are well equipped, comfortable, clean and family friendly. You can view photos of both homes here.

As part of your week, we ask your family to complete three hours of volunteer service associated with home maintenance, from raking leaves to wiping out kitchen cabinets.  This way, we can ensure our homes continue to be maintained for the special FPS families that will be using them on a later date.

We also ask each visiting family to make a $1600 contribution to the FPS mission so that we can continue to send families on community respites locally with our travel partner Woodloch Resorts.  This contribution includes a cleaning and sanitization fee for service that will be performed between each family’s visit at our Florida homes.
