financial stewardship

We believe in transparency

For Pete’s Sake Cancer Respite Foundation is proud of its financial integrity and its commitment to stewardship using the financial resources entrusted to us by our community of family and friends. Each year we undergo an audit as required by the Pennsylvania Department of Charitable Organizations. We are proud that 76 cents of every dollar is expended for our program. We have a solid commitment to our donors to ensure their generosity is channeled directly to benefit those adult cancer patients and their loved ones traumatized by cancer.

Our most recent audit can be found here, and our most recent 990 can be found here. We also invite you to review our fy16-audited-financials and fy15-audited-financials. If you’d like to see past audits, please contact Amy Robinson.

We also invite prospective donors to visit our financial and program information available on guidestar.org. We take our role as stewards of our donors’ treasures and talent very seriously, and hence, we carefully watch all expenditures made by the organization.  Lastly, we invite you to read our strategic plan which outlines our goals through 2020.
