FPS Sends Our 10,000th Person to Take a Break From Cancer!
After 23 years, we have reached an impressive milestone at For Pete’s Sake Cancer Respite Foundation: 10,000 people served! This wonderful FPS community has been instrumental in helping us support so many families facing cancer.
Jennifer’s oncology team at Penn Medicine Valley Forge felt “she had hit a wall and was finding it difficult to push through.” Jennifer noted her respite couldn’t have come at a better time for her and her fiancé. They are ready to “forget about that ‘C’ word for a while and to feel a sense of normalcy, with no fear”.
