FPS Celebrates 25 Years of Respite at FPS Gala on 2.1.25

A heartfelt thank you to the 375 attendees who joined us in celebrating 25 years of respite at the For Pete’s Sake Gala on 2.1.25! With your generosity, we raised over $296,000, ensuring that families facing cancer can experience the gift of respite and create lasting memories together.

The evening was truly inspiring, highlighted by Respite Recipient Taylor, who shared the profound impact of her Respite Experience after her December respite with her family. Watch her moving story here.

For the second year in a row, we brought a  Woodloch and respite tradition to the Gala, “horse racing!” The audience enthusiastically cheered on Respite Recipient jockeys as they raced toward victory! The night culminated in an unforgettable celebration—filled with dancing, joy, and the spirit of community as we honored this incredible milestone.
