Make the FPS Mission Possible in April
Susan is 55 years old and diagnosed with ovarian cancer. She was always a person who liked to help others and give back, and it was hard to be in a situation in which she needed help and support. Since her diagnosis she’s been feeling sick and tired. She’s had major surgery and got an infection while in the hospital. She endured a long and harrowing two month recovery and her husband was by her side for every challenging moment.
When Susan’s oncology team at Jefferson Health mentioned the chance to take a break from cancer with For Pete’s Sake, Susan was delighted! She is ready for the chance to reconnect with her husband and decompress, and our mission impacted her so much that she already signed up as a Monthly Memory Maker to pay kindness forward!
