The Susan Fazio Foundation Golf Outing

Registration is now open for the 2024 Susan Fazio Foundation Golf Outing on Monday, June 10, at the White Manor Country Club in Malvern, PA. Last year’s tournament raised over $25,000 to support the For Pete’s Sake Cancer Respite Center Capital Campaign! Let’s match that in 2024!
This golf outing is in memory of Susan Fazio, who lost her 5 month battle with mucosal melanoma on December 22, 2005 at the young age of 55. Susan’s sons and daughter founded The Susan Fazio Foundation after her passing. The Foundation has invested close to $1,000,000 in melanoma research since inception in January 2006.
We have a full day planned for the golf outing; see the schedule below.
