Maryann Pastry Shoppe Awarded 2018 Gerardi Founder’s Award at Annual Golf Tournament
For Pete’s Sake Cancer Respite Foundation recently hosted the 19th annual Peter R. Bossow Jr. Memorial Golf Tournament, raising more than $82,000 for its mission. Maryanne Pastry Shoppe, a local bakery, received the 2018 Gerardi Founder’s Award during the dinner portion of the event. This award, given annually by the board of directors of For Pete’s Sake Cancer Respite Foundation, is in memory of Gerry and Joyce Gerardi and recognizes an individual or business that demonstrates commitment to philanthropy to For Pete’s Sake and its mission of helping cancer patients and their families.
